My name is Beck and I have been operating my business since 2005, although I have been an eBay member for a lot longer!

I have a love for dressing-up and costumes which has led me to my business selling my "risque and romantic wear". I offer a variety of discreetly packaged Ladies and Mens Costumes, Medieval wear, Lingerie, PVC items, Gothic wear, evening wear and other Intimate wear to enable you to spoil yourself or that special someone!

I offer a personal service and full accountability. I will always respond to any questions as promptly as possible and my postage turnaround is very quick, as reflected by my Feedback.

Stock and Sizing

How do I know which size to purchase?

My listings contain as much sizing information as possible, including size conversions, but please see the specific measurements provided at the bottom of each listing description for the best guide to fit.

How do I care for my item?

All my garments are able to be hand-washed (or machine washed on a “delicates” or “wool” cycle) in cold water using a gentle cleanser such as pure soap flakes or wool-wash. Harsh detergents will dull the metallic sheen of PVC and PVC-look products.

I recommend washing all PVC garments upon receipt to remove the fold-creases in the fabric.

I love this costume but can you make it for me in blue with a longer skirt?

My garments are manufactured for me and purchased in bulk so unfortunately I am unable to fulfill custom requests.

Bidding and Buying

I've made a mistake! How can I cancel my bid?

Please visit eBay's Bid Retraction Page to cancel your bid BEFORE the item has ended.

I can't go through with my purchase – what can I do?

A bid you place enters you into a binding contract. If you win a listing, you are obligated to complete the transaction. Unpaid Item Notifications will be filed for all Non-Paying Bidders.

In the rare circumstance where you are really unable to complete your purchase, you need to notify me as soon as possible.

Payment

How can I pay for my purchase?

From Australian Buyers I prefer payment via Direct Deposit/Internet Transfer but I also accept Paypal and mailed Bank Cheques or Money Orders. I do not accept personal cheques.

Paypal is the payment method for international customers .

How long do I have to make payment?

My Terms Of Sale state that payment is to be made within seven days but if you are having difficulty paying within this time-frame please contact me for a payment extension.

Postage

Will you combine multiple items for postage?

Yes certainly, please contact me with your postcode (or country for international customers) and the items you are interested in and I will advise you of the combined rate.

How will my item be posted?

I use Australia Post's eParcel service which is similar to Registered Post as it requires a signature on delivery and is trackable online. For my lighter-weight items, the service is Express and for items over 500g there is a choice of either regular or Express.

For international customers I post via Air Mail with your choice of optional insurance cover.

There is also an Express International service, please contact me for details if you require this service.

(For international customers): Can you please mark the parcel as a "Gift" and declare a lower value?

Customs Declarations are a legal document and all parcels will be marked as “Merchandise” with the sale price amount indicated. Please take any relevant Duties/Taxes into account when bidding.

Do you charge the actual postage cost?

Yes, I do, plus a small handling fee of approximately 40c to cover packaging costs.

When will my item be posted?

I only ever sell items I physically have in stock, so I will always post either the same day payment is received or the following business day. I will notify you by email once your item has been posted.

I need my item posted today!

Where possible, I am happy to assist with urgent requests but please bear in mind that I post many packages a week and have scheduled Australia Post daily collections so it isn't always possible. Please always email me before bidding/buying if you have a special delivery need.

Can I pick my item up?

I am unable to offer pick-ups under any circumstances.

Policies

What is your return policy?

I truly want you to love every item you purchase and so I am happy for you to return an unsuitable garment under the following conditions:

1. Item is unworn and is returned in the same condition it was sent, including the original packaging.
2. I am notified of intent to return upon receipt of item. Items must be returned within three days of receipt.

I reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Please note that for hygiene reasons there is no return on lingerie or intimate items so please choose these carefully!

Who pays for the return postage?

In the event of an item being found to be faulty or “not as described” I will absorb all additional postage costs.

In the case of an item being found to be unsuitable all additional postage costs must be paid by the Buyer.

Can I exchange for another item or size?

Yes certainly, as long as my return conditions are met and you are happy to pay the additional postage costs involved.
