At Royal Manchester we aim to bring you a great range of bedding way under retail prices.
We are bedding wholesalers offering the public a chance to buy items at the same price retailers would pay for the items - Wholesale !
The greatly reduced prices you see are due to the fact that we do not have retail stores and sales staff to pay, nor do we run advertising, so we can pass all these savings on to you, the consumer directly. When you buy from us you are buying directly from the importer in most cases (we do often run out stock lines for other importers as well so keep watching for some amazing bargains in our store!)
All our items are local:
You may see much of the competition on eBay selling simillar items at a lower price from overseas, however you should also take note that they will charge you upward of $50 on top of the item price just for delivery. This is not the case with Royal Manchester.
All our items are in stock in Australia in our own warehouse.
Fast registered delivery:
Unlike many of our competitors, Royal Manchester dispatch our new sales from our warehouse every business day. Many other sellers will only dispatch their sales on one or 2 days per week, however we know how excited you can be waiting for your new items to arrive so we always ship items as soon as the payment arrives, with no delay !
We always use Australia-Posts registered eParcel delivery system for all our items, and we keep you well informed during the process.
Buyers will receive an email letting them know we received the payment. You will also receive another email letting you know the dispatch process has been initiated and the goods are being prepaired for the next Australia-Post collection from our warehouse.
After your goods are collected by Australia-Post you will receive another email from our system giving you a tracking number and Australia-Post web link so you can then follow the progress of you delivery on Australia-Posts eParcel web site!
Payments:
Please see the bottom of our listings for accepted payments types. We prefer PayPal as it means we can send your goods the same day or next working day if you fund the PayPal payment from yoru PayPal account or a linked credit card.
After making a payment with any method please fill out our online banking payment form, it will help us match your incomming payment with your invoice to ensure no delays:

Feedback and problems:
We do take a lot of care to ensure we get things right the first time but we know that sometimes things don't go according to plan.
If your purchase was not what you expected, is faulty, lost or damaged in the post, or was incorrect you can call or email us and we will be glad to get the problem fixed very quickly for you by exchanging or refunding the goods.
