SALVS TOOL SHED is proudly an Australian owned and operated registered business (ABN 33 098 556 879).
We aim to provide our customers with a wide variety of tools at LOW prices.
We take great care photographing and describing our products to ensure you receive what you are expecting when you purchase an item from us.
Each item is carefully packed and posted immediately after payment is received.
All items are kept in our store room in Melbourne, Victoria. Items are never posted from overseas or packed by any other third party.
Our range is constantly growing so please browse through our store to see our new listings.
Payment
We accept PayPal and Bank Deposit. If you would like to pay using another method, please let us know before bidding or buying.
Postage
The item postage cost is stated on all our listings so there are no surprises after you purchase the item.
Postage (Multiple Items)
We offer combined postage on multiple items purchased. Please “Request Total from Seller” at check out, and we will send you an ebay invoice which includes all items plus the combined postage cost.
We are happy to provide a postage quote for multiple items prior to purchase. Just contact us to advise which items you wish to purchase and your postcode.
Bulk Purchases
Bulk purchases are welcome. Please contact us to let us know the quantity you need and we will provide a quote.
Feedback
We leave positive feedback immediately after we have posted an item and we appreciate your positive feedback.
If you have any problems with an item and are considering leaving negative feedback, please contact us first and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
If you feel there is no choice, but to leave negative feedback, then we will consider the transaction closed and will not take any further action to resolving the problem.
Return & Refund Policy
Return request must be made within 7 days of purchase date. Contact us before returning goods for return authorisation.
Returns must include all original items undamaged and in re-saleable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Postage fees are not refundable (i.e. postage costs originally charged and postage costs to be sent back) unless wrong item was posted, or item was faulty.
Refund not given on items damaged because of improper use or poor packaging by the buyer.
