ABOUT ME ~ I'm the mother of 3 adorable, (and occasionally frustrating), little boys. They and my husband of 20 years are the loves of my life. I work 4 days a week in an accounting department of a medical firm. I'm a soccer Mum, of course, and am the Secretary of the local athletics club. I also teach Sunday School at our church. My husband and I are both avid collectors, especially of all things vintage or antique. My special interests are for beautiful old china, vintage & antique linens and quilts, and lovely old pieces of furniture, some of which I enjoy restoring myself, (like the sideboard in the photo below). I love old things filled with character - the bumps and scrapes they've acquired over the years just seem to add to their wonderful patina, and their gorgeous vintage appeal. Basically, I love everything in my Grandmother's house, and anything old that she has given me has special sentiment, because I know that generations of the women in my family have used and appreciated that lovely item! We live in a house built in 1917 that we have slowly been restoring to original, but making sure it has our own unique mark on it too. I also love gardening, and adore cottage style gardens, with all those romantic roses and old fashioned flowers!

ABOUT WHAT I SELL ~ I try to sell only things that I would like myself, and some of it actually comes out of my own collections to make way for some new treasure I've found. I love traipsing through garage sales and second hand shops, (when I get the time!), and when I find something beautiful or interesting that appeals, I get it either to add to my collections, or to offer to like-minded collectors. My cupboards are so full that my new motto is - I can't buy anything new unless I'm prepared to sell something out of the cupboard!! So in other words, I sell the type of things I like to have in my home, and hope you'll like them too. I find eBay a wonderful way to sell and buy, as I can stay at home and have the world at my fingers! I try to list lots of interesting and beautiful items every Saturday, so come back often to take a look, you never know what you may find!
