My name is Theresa and I have been buying and selling on ebay for the past 4 years.

2009 will see great changes within my ebay store, and I will also be introducing a lovely Natural Soya Candle that is hand made and absolutely gorgeous. Please also be advised that there is now a physical premises located at 134 Wallace Street Braidwood. Come and Visit us when you are in our area. We will look forward to meeting you.

As I now live in a very small community the mail leaves each day at 12 noon. This also includes express mail.

Below you will find information in relation to payments, parcel sending, and anything else that I think you may need to know.

I have an upper and lower back injury and also have LUPUS (SLE). Recently due to moving my family I have reaggrevated my back injury which makes it difficult to sit for hours on my computer. If you send me a message I will try my hardest to get back to you in a timely fashion.

I have the boutique and run my ebay store. I do leave feedback and this can sometimes be a lengthy process though so please do not get discouraged as it will happen......I promise.

Shipping and Terms

Shipping

All auctions will state how your item is being sent. Once cleared payments are received I attempt to send out all parcels within 48 hours. I do not make any money from postage, please always remember that sending your item does not just cost the price of a postage stamp. If you want your items to arrive to you in a usable manner then please consider that there are other things that could go into the packaging of your purchase, which unforunately do not fall off trees, and most times are not free. Please also consider that I am not in control of Australia Post, they do not deliver mail on weekends, and once I have posted your item that it is then in Australia Posts hands to get your item to you in a timely manner. If you provide a wrong address within your ebay information, I can not be held accountable for parcels delivered to the wrong address....so please make sure that your address information is correct on ebay.

Payment

All payments are to be received within 7 days of purchase. If you plan on purchasing more than one item please let me know so that I can keep track of you. Non payng bidders will appear on the NPB list and a reminder for payment will be sent.

I accept Money Order, Bank Deposit and Paypal. Please do not send personal cheques.

Returns

Returns are only accepted should the item not be as per the written desciption. Every effort is made by me to make sure that my listings are correct, should I by human error make a mistake with a listing detail please let me know and I will make every effort to rectify the problem. Swimwear has a no return policy due to Health Regulations. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding on any item that I have to offer on ebay. This avoids any problems after purchase.

Other Info

As I now live in a remote village I only post once per day. If your payment comes through after I have already done my mailing for the day your item will be sent out to you on the next available business day.

If you do not plan on paying for an item then please do not bid.

As the boutique is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday I make every attempt to get mailing done before I open. Saturday due to being a small town our post office does not open.

Ebay is a two way street, if you find that you are unhappy with a purchase you have made from me, please contact me to see if there is anything that I can do to help you. Negative feedback voids all claims, so please make contact first.
