We will ship your item from Thailand within 24-36 hours by EITHER:

Registered International Airmail – this service offers low shipping rates & we recommend this service for purchases up to $100.00. Insurance is not available & we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost items using this service.
EMS COURIER (express mail service) – recommended for purchases above $100.00 insurance is available with this service & your item(s) can be traced online.
FedEx – FedEx Express is recommended for higher value purchases. It is the safest & fastest form of shipping. FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes & require your phone number. Automatic insurance up to $100.

How much does shipping cost & how long will it take?
Registered International Airmail: AU$7.50 flat rate per first item. Extra items are calculated by weight or AU$1 per extra item, whichever is most economical. Shipping time can be slow – usually 7-14 days however can take longer especially to the USA. Most customers use this option and are satisfied. It is a reliable low cost service & we recommend this shipping method for lower cost purchases and if you have time to wait for your item(s).

EMS express service: Approx estimate – up to 500 gram AU$30 501-1kg AU$40-45 Please email us for up to date pricing to your location. Transit time is variable – usually 5-7 days.

FedEx Express: Please contact us for updated rates regarding this service. Delivery time is fast – usually 3-5 days. Recommended as the fastest & most reliable service.

Can I combine my items together in one package?
Shipping can be combined for a period of 14 days. Please request a combined shipping invoice once you have finished buying. We will then calculate your order by weight for you.

Is my item(s) insured?
Insurance is available for EMS shipments to some destinations – not all. Please contact us for up to date information regarding EMS & insurance should you require it.

FedEx shipments are automatically insured up to a value of $100, additional insurance for any higher amount can be requested. We strongly recommend EMS/FedEx shipments for orders over US $100. Please note that Registered Mail shipments are not insured & traceable, We will not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transit.

Do you have return Policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for any reason with in 14 days after you have received it for refund.
