Returns & Warranty

Return Policy:
Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period,
Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt. |

If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA. |

Warranty period: Default 90 days warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages. |

Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of 40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided. |

ANY items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund. If the returned package is lost in transit and it is not insured, sender is responsible for the loss. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended. |

Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure (RMA)

When you need to return any items to Dragonmarts Company Ltd, please email our customer service representatives for valid RMA number and form within the stated warranty period. |

Fill in the RMA form and mark the RMA number on it clearly. |

The completed RMA form must be attached in the returned package AND the RMA number must be printed on the package. |

Items must be returned within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. Insured package with tracking numbers is strongly recommended. |
