Being in Bali 12 days after the 2002 tragedy that affected us all so greatly, I was deeply saddened, but also inspired, by the resilience of the Balinese people and those around them. Watching them rebuild their lives and their selfless acts to help others, I felt compelled to be part of this magnificent culture.

So, after nearly 20 years of working in the hospitality industry, I decided to start a business supplying beautiful, unique, yet affordable carvings from Indonesia.

I personally deal with my carvers and have formed lasting relationships with them. Their work is of the utmost quality and I have personally designed pieces exclusive to Something Indonesian. Our business specialises in garden products, but we are happy to help clients with other wares.

We supply a variety of hand carved statues, bowls and pedestals, water features, tiles and pots.

We also import Alang Alang (Bali Grass) thatching by order.

Just arrived to add to our vast range, we offer Bamboo Handpainted Curtains, most of them with our very own designs. They have been added to the CD Rom catalogue, so don't miss out !

Our artisans can turn their considerable talents to realising other people's dreams and designs. Many of our customers send us photos from magazines, or their own drawings for our artists to create their own unique piece for them.
