It was not until my late 30's though, that I studied Food Technology at TAFE - combining my interests in Food and Chemistry, with my love of food.
On completion of my studies I commenced work in the Cheese industry with a major dairy manufacturer, where I am still employed today.
I still enjoy food and frequently BBQ or make Cheese, Sausage, Smoked meats - even Homemade Pizza - which I find easily beats the commercial pizzas offered by the big chains!
My food interests have seen me go on to write 2 x Ebooks on Sausage-making, plus another on Home Cheese-making, plus others on topics as varied as Building a Wine Barrel BBQ and Smokehouse building, as well as Homemade Dog Food production.
In the future I'm looking to publish other Ebooks on subjects like making Jerky - and Home Bacon and Ham production.
