Posting

We have an Australia Post mail pick up service & your parcel is posted within 1 business day of receiving payment. Most orders will leave the same day if payment is received by 10am ( excludes weekends & public holidays).

 Our Clothing

You are purchasing clothing that is exclusive to us, our company manufactures professionally within a clothing factory. We pay a higher premium to not mass produce, if you want clothing made for the plus size lady using quality fabrics we urge you to try our garments, we believe you will not be disappointed

Our Returns Policy

Very simple, all you need to do is notify us within 48 that your item does not suit.

We are happy to offer a store credit less any E-bay or PayPal fees that we still need to pay out
Return postage MUST be sent so you have tracking of your garment. 

Please do not remove your tags or packaging of your garment until you are happy with your purchase.
All returns claiming faulty items must be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving. On the rare occasion you receive a faulty garment an exact exchange will be given we will cover expenses
