Are your pictures of the actual item?
Yes! My hubby is an amateur photographer and does all my item photos.
Do you combine shipping?
YES.If you win multiple items, I will package them into one box for a reduced postage cost. Please wait for your combined invoice before paying.
How soon will you post my item?
I usually post your item within 3-days of receiving your cleared payment. Remember - even if you pay by Paypal, I still have to transfer the postage part of your payment to my bank account to pay the post office (the post office does not accept Paypal!).
I need/want my item in a hurry! Can you help?
YES! If you let me know before you bid, I can discuss this with you, and make suitable arrangements. Otherwise, your item will be posted according to my posting schedule - usually every 3-days.
Do you use recycled packaging?

How soon do you require payment?
Your payment should reach me within 7-days of the auction finishing. If you would like more time to pay, please contact me before placing your bid - I try to be as flexible as possible.
What Happens If I Don't Pay?
If, after 10-days, you have not paid or contacted me to explain why, I report you to eBay. Your eBay username is then added to my list of Blocked Bidders.
Do you take full responsibility for posting my item?
YES! Many sellers wash their hands of your purchase once they give it to the post office. If your item is lost, they say, "sorry - not my fault" - it's your problem!
I guarantee your purchase. If you don't receive it, then you will receive a 100% refund. You will need to provide a statutary declaration to the post office saying you haven't received it - I can then pursue the matter with the Post Office.
What is your return policy?
Providing you have a genuine reason, I am happy to accept returns. I do not accept returns because you have changed your mind, or because you spent more than you earned, or because you didn't fully read the item description.
I reserve the right to charge you 10% fee for your return. I do not refund your postage costs (either way). The item must be in the exactly the same condition as when it left me.
Can I Collect My Item - And Pay On Collection?
YES! After the auction, I'll send you my telephone number. Please call me to arrange the best time. I'll try to fit in with your arrangements, and you can usually pick-up any day/time. I need to know approximately when you plan to arrive - I can't wait in all day - I have to see a man about a Dingo.
I can't pick up immediatey.. how long will you hold my item?
I don't mind holding on to your item for a week or two, while you make arrangements for collection. But if your item is still uncollected after 3-weeks, it risks being broken, rained-on, sun-dried etc. I just don't have the storage space. Items uncollected after 3-weeks from auction end will be relisted without a refund to you.
