Most often they buy their items or part of their items from the same manufacturers and then print their own label/Logo on it. Our items are imported from the same reputable manufacturers and are packaged in the manufacturer neutral boxes. Having no specific brand means that the manufacturer can save on printing, and therefore lead to significant savings for the consumer (you)! |

Most of our Portable DVD players come with an V injack, so you can plug your game consoles to it.
For the Touch screen or plain monitors, you can also plug your games or GPS to it, however, a monitor is just a display screen, it has no audio output. It will display whatever you plug into it, but the audio needs to come through an amplifier or the radio by using an FM Modulator/Sender/transmitter. |

The Manufacturers will not respond to any questions from end users as they do not have a support department for end users, they only deal with wholesalers like us, who can order in bulk. |

All monitors have simple RCA inputs or S/Video and so if your unit can be connected to the RCA plugs (Red/yellow/white) then the monitor will display what is being played. |

No, we are a wholesaler/distributor of goods and do not have the same facilities as a retailer. It is best that you go to a retailer and research your item and then compare our prices with theirs. |

All goods are covered by buy Directfor 7 days after the receipt of the item. During this time goods can be sent back and postage cost will be refunded should there be anything wrong with a unit as long as installation guidelines as outlined are followed. |

What are your installation guidelines? [TOP] |

All in-car units that required wiring must be installed by qualified installers/technician listed in either the Yellow Pages or local paper with a business card as proof maybe requested. For those wishing to self install, the units will still carry 6 months manufacturer warranty, but goods will NOT be replaced for burnt out wiring etc. It is at the purchasers cost to be sent back manufacturer for repair. |

When do you need to be notified should a claim need to be made? [TOP] |

All claims for warranty must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. |

What happens after 7 days? [TOP] |

All goods are covered by the manufacture's warranty (the warranty period is stated on the individual listing). In case of a claim, you are to return the goods to us and we will ship the good to our office in China to be forwarded to the various manufacturers on your behalf at the purchasers' cost. In most case the goods are simply replaced.
In case of a claim, please email us for the freight costs. As a guideline, the costs for sending and returning goods to/from the manufacturers are calculated as follows:
$15AUD per KG + $10 handling/postage fee. This amount can be paid via Paypal or bank deposit.
As an estimate, most units are between 2.0kgs to 5kgs. Your total cost to send and return items will cost $70 - $ 150 |

What if the goods are DOA or Faulty? [TOP] |

If you believe the goods are faulty you should stop using them immediately and return them as soon as possible.
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. |
