Returns

If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA. |

Warranty period: 90 days warranty for all products except digital camera of which the warranty period is one year.items.

Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of 40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided. |

If you would like to return your product(s) for refund, your request must be made via email within 30 days from the dispatched date of your order. We will return to you a maximum credit of 80% of the invoice amount for those returned product(s). Products that are returned beyond 30 days of the order’s dispatch date will be eligible for repair/replacement ONLY. |

If the products are tested to be non-defective, they are not eligible for any refund. Such items will be returned to you and you need to pay for the return postage. |

The completed RMA form must be attached in the returned package AND the RMA number must be printed on the package. |
