Order Processing
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday
through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or
National holidays. In most cases your shipment will be sent
the day after your payment is received, however failing that,
we will make every attempt to ensure that your order is
processed within 3 business days of your payment being
cleared.
United States Customers
Please note that there are sometimes delivery delays to
the United States which is beyond our control. Due to US
Customs and overseas airmail procedures to the US, deliveries
usually take an additional 7-10 days longer than our normal
airmail service. If you require faster delivery then please
advise us in advance before bidding completes. We advise US
customers to take advantage of our EMS Express service for
delivery within 3-5 days.
Top European Brands
Please note the item location information on our
listings. Most of our top European brands are located in our
UK warehouse and therefore deliveries usually take an
additional 5-8 days longer than our normal airmail
service.

packaging materials including premium boxes, foam separators
and bubble wrap. At all times we maintain the very strictest
quality control throughout this entire process. Before
dispatch, our optical dispensers carefully inspect each pair
of glasses and then bubble wrap the item in a protective
package for fast delivery to your delivery address.

We ship worldwide by airmail or registered mail at a
standard shipping rate of between $9.95 & $14.95. This
price includes careful custom shipping materials to protect
your investment. Please note that we use the registered
airmail service to pass on to our customers the best possible
price on our goods. Note that we now have an EMS express
service for any urgent orders for delivery within 3 or 4
days.
Combined Shipping Offer
Upon winning MORE THAN ONE auction, you will receive a
big discount on the shipping cost of the second item which is
only $5.95. This amount will be added automatically by the
