You must contact us by email before returning any goods. We do not accept any "Addressee to Pay" (ATP) Mail. We may be able to resolve the problem without having the goods returned. We are willing to work with you to overcome any problems with any of our products. We're not happy until you are happy!

ALL of our products are stocked by us here in Australia. We endeavour to ship all items the next working day after receiving cleared payment.

Approximate Delivery Times: 2-9 days. Item is shipped from Brisbane... so the further you are from "Paradise" then it takes longer to be delivered to your location.

Local Pick-Up is not available for any items.

The successful buyer must complete the sale transaction within 2 days of sale. All Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay and the item will be re-listed. If you are not able to pay, then please do not bid.

PARCELS ARE NORMALLY SENT THE NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. PAY VIA PAYPAL AND YOUR ITEM WILL BE POSTED THE NEXT WORKING DAY!!!

No refunds or returns except by prior arrangement.

Every NEW item sold by VK4-ICE Communications is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We will replace any faulty item or refund minus postage and packing, your choice. Return Postage and packing is the responsibility of the buyer. We pay to post the replacement back to you. If an item is returned that is NOT faulty, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

If the item is damaged by misuse by applying too much power, striking overhead objects (including trees, bridges, garage doors, Owls or Flying Foxes) etc, you are on your own....

We do have replacement parts for damaged antennas so you can e-mail us with the model number and we will quote you a price for that part.

All agreed returns will be at buyer's expense.
