Regarding feedback received tantalus72.
This person is a liar and extortionist,-We never refused to provide exchange. You will see below emails exchanged between myself and buyer.
Buyer made contact 3 days after receiving the product and advised that he received wrong size. I responded within minutes, apologised and advised on how to exchange.
Buyer then advised that he already destroyed the packaging, but I still agreed to exchange and pay all postal costs.
Buyer then demanded that I post out new pair(the right size)and later when he returns from holiday or when ever he would post back the wrong size. Obviously this is not the way exchanges are done.
Buyer continued to demand we post out new pair before receiving other pair. When I refused to do that, he resorted to extortion, that he will leave negative if I do not do it the way she likes it.

Hi there, sorry about that-no idea who this has happeneed,For exchange, product must be returned in its original condition-same as received within 7 days
Item must be in the same packaging(plastic bag-not broken) along with all the tags(attached-not thrown in) and accessories, properly folded-basically in the same condition as you received. Do not forget to include a note with your ebay name so i can identify it.

Bags are resealable, but if you have ripped the bag, then will send you new one without the bag(and use the bag for your pair)

I have decided to make this page to give my buyers better understanding of who we are.
We specialise in selling mainly Billabong shorts and tshirts, we also sell some underwear.
All shorts are sent direct from a reputable supplier who are based overseas and have offices in 3 different country's and are original products.
If you notice, most products are older models and hence the cheap prices.
Very Importnant info regarding negative feedback received
Obviously not everyone can always be pleased, no matter how hard we try.
It is very very unfortunate that ebay has changed its feedback system, this has only allowed for some people to slang sellers and ruin sellers feedback. If sellers could leave negs, I can assure you half of negs will not be left.
What I find most irrotating is feedback from people who really have no idea about the products but quick to leave feeback
Not to mention thousands have been sold and few"idiots" ruin feedback just because they have no idea! Funny enough usually these people win cheap auctions and yet still complain and winge and make demands and threats
Some examples
" Made in Asia" fake"," Cheap copy""Seller not willing to communicate","Seller rude","Seller avoiding contact" and so on
Firstly let me comment on those comments
- Billabong and most other company's manufacture in China and some other neighbouring country's, Even company's such as Nike, Rebook, Calvin Klein, Tommy, Polo and many more, so to assume it is a fake because its made in China is simply stupid
I always answer emails-ALWAYS, Unfortunately some people either can not read, or choose not to read or simply do not know how to use ebay, but if you click on my messages in ebay you will always find my response.
Comments about "cheap fakes"-that I find most amusing, why? Well how does one know if it is cheap or not?. Even assuming it is copy-how does one know when its cheap or expansive?!
PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH PRIOR TO BIDDING
No disrespect to normal people, but unless you have written evidence from an authorised store, please do not make statements about authenticity and funny enough, none of the people leaving feedback ever provided any evidence but their own opinion.
I am sure their opinion is correct and they know their product, however all products we sell, we use the ACTUAL photo of the product, so can they not see?!-I guess not!
I am not a rude person, but I absolutely refuse to deal with people who are rude. It is really not so hard to write a polite email when you not happy about something and seek resolution. It is only common sense and normal human behaviour to use words such as "Hello, thank you and please"
People complaining about service! What is it that this people want?! For seller to do whatever they want?! I am sorry, you are shopping on line, ebay where you buy products at up to 90% of retail prices. If you want "full" service-please go shop at your nearest retail store, pay full price and hopefully you will get some service that you feel you deserve.
If you do not know what you buying-please do not buy!
If you have any questions, about the product-please ask prior to bidding not after you win the product.
And finally, if you win and simply do not feel like paying-you have done the wrong thing, and your excuses does not pay ebay fees, leaving negative for us is spiteful and childish!
