Shipping & Packaging:

Yes, we do combine shipping - please add AU$ 2.50 per extra item.
Whilst we are happy to liaise and provide proof of postage, we claim no responsibility for any item once posted.
All insurance claims are between the buyer and Australia Post.
All rings are shipped in a wonderful ring-box for safe keeping.
Items are always well packed and we do not replace lost items.

Overnight delivery option - $34.95 when available - this service is provided using AAE in conjunction with their Overnight bags, for coverage please see AAE.com.au . Depending on delivery location this service can take longer than overnight. No overnight delivery on weekends- No PO boxes.
Parcels shipped this way are covered by up to AU$300 insurance only.

Return Policy:

We will refund 100% of your money or replace the item (at our choice) if the item you receive is not as described and the description varies in a major way (as determined by us) from the goods received.

In an attempt to show the material in a colour that is as close as possible to the original, all our photos are made using light that is as close to natural as possible. However, the nature of photography being what it is, and although we take great care to avoid them, colour variations may occur at times. For those two reason as well as due to representative sample photos being used at times we will not accept returns based on colour variation of your gem from the display on your particular monitor or particular photo.
